It is strongly advised that before purchasing a puppy you investigate the
temperament and health status of both parents. Minimal health
requirements recommended by the breed clubs can be seen at www.ofa.org
Responsible breeders never mind providing proof their dogs are tested!
Breeders with this badge are AKC Breeders of Merit. In order to receive this recognition from AKC, breeders must complete certain health testing, competition, and registration milestones,
